The system allows you:
- Audit Management - enter, update and track audits. Both internal and external audits are supported.
- Finding Management - manage audit findings and issue from discovery to closure. Findings can be created, viewed and managed directly from within the audit or independently. Each finding is treated as a task, complete with assigned user, due date and themselves subdivided into corrective and preventive actions.
- CAPA Management - generate corrective and preventing actions as part of findings, assign them to users and track progress.
- Compliance Management - manage regulatory requirements and assign them to issues.
Note that because the whole system is based on regular SharePoint lists, without any custom data entry forms, you can freely modify the process to better adapt it to your specific needs.
Upon site creation you need to add your users to the site groups. Once the site groups are populated, you can start using the process. Feel free to modify the site in any way you deem fit, adding or removing columns, adding or modifying list views or changing the homepage layout.
